In 2021, I co-organized with talented wedding planner Laura Andrea an editorial project celebrating Asian brides who wish to get married in a French chateau. For this artistic shoot, we chose a very unusual color in the wedding industry – green! Vendors who trusted us and embarked with us on this journey at Chateau de Bouffemont ultimately created gorgeous and very original visuals thanks to this color.

For this project, wedding florist Pauline from Histoires Sauvages and wedding designer Sainthya from Details Depres collaborated to create both a unique wedding table and a tea ceremony setting.
Promesse Graphique participated in this project with a matching green wedding stationery, and our team composed flatlays on this green theme.

The shoot featured two bridal styles, one with a grand ceremony gown by Suzanne Neuville – kindly lent by Metal Flaque, Paris –, and another gown, more playful and flowery, by Daarlana Couture.
At the heart of this editorial project was also a story we wanted to tell. That of a groom who, on his wedding day, offers his bride a jade pendant necklace during the revisited tea ceremony. This way, these wedding images would combine Asian traditions and modernity.

Ultimately, our team featured a beautiful green wedding cake by Synie’s Paris in front of Chateau Bouffemont – a great opportunity to show how nice outdoor cake cutting can be!

While I was shooting pictures for this editorial, Pierre from Pierre & Julia Photography shot in motion to create a nice teaser of this event.
